MORONGO VALLEY CSD TENNIS COURT KEY APPLICATION Renewal _____ New _____ This application is only used to obtain a key for use of the MVCSD tennis courts. All information will remain confidential. The fees are $36 for MV residents (or only $3.00 per month) and $48 for non-residents (only $4.00 per month). If you paid for a key within the last 12 months, your renewal fee will be prorated accordingly. One additional key is available at no cost. Please do not duplicate key. In the event a key is lost, please report it to the CSD Office. A replacement key will be issued for a $10.00 fee. As a key holder, you are responsible for the following: Sportsman-like conduct at all times. Respect courts and park facilities. No hanging on nets. Tennis shoes only. Please pick-up after yourself. You are responsible for any guest on court. Please DO NOT permit non-key holders to enter tennis courts. Please ensure that courts are locked when you leave. Report any problems or noted damage to the CSD Office (363-6454).
